GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became law on May 25th 2018 and is applicable to all businesses.

It's about what I do with your data and why I do it.

You have the following rights regarding your data and privacy:

>> The right to be informed about what I do with your data

>> The right of access to your data

>> The right to rectification of your data

>> The right to erasure of your data

>> The right to restrict processing of your data

>> The right to object if you feel something is not right

>> The right not to have things done with your data without your knowledge

Everyone on my email list has requested to be on it and can ask for it to be removed at any time, by either contacting me in any way or using the unsubscribe link that is on the bottom of EVERY email. I always remove unsubscribes from my list and never contact anyone who has unsubscribed.

I will not ever share or pass on any of your data with any third party.

Obviously I store your email address (and your name if you choose to give it) because that's primarily how I communicate with you.

I also store any usernames and passwords for MY SITES ONLY if you subscribe to any of my subscription-based products or services such as my newsletter or similar

Apart from this I may also record:

Your memberships to my products or services, level of access or preferences. I do this so I can supply the product or service you have purchased and so you can access the sites yourself.

I only track which of MY sites you visit. I do not track what else you do or anywhere else you visit.

Facebook pixels. This is not something I presently do but may look into at some future date. If I do it will be to introduce my products or services to new people. If this position does change, and I do begin using Facebook pixels it will be updated here.

What if you aren't happy with the above?

Just let me know and I'm happy to remove you from my list or you can do it yourself using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of my emails.

I take your data protection very seriously and have always had unsubscribe links in my emails and have always removed anyone from my lists who requests to be removed in any way.

Payment information is not stored by me but, rather, by my payment processors such as Paypal or Stripe.

Cookie info is stored on your machine locally, and you can delete that at any time via your browser's privacy settings.

You continue to have complete control over your data, and if you have any questions about anything you've read here, please do contact me. I'll be happy to help clarify anything.

And finally, thanks for being a subscriber, I really appreciate it

Any Questions please ask.
